Story Behind Our Logo

Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa; the city where Kari was born and grew up, where Warren & Kari met and fell in love. It is an iconic and meaningful place, and we are so excited to use it as a symbol for our business — and our love.

Meet The Founders

Kari Shulman

Co-Founder Of Valley Salt Cave

Meet Kari, the heart and soul behind Valley Salt Cave. She is the co-founder, vice president, and co-owner. She was also the co-founder of Roslyn Salt Cave in New York.

After moving to Los Angeles, Kari began suffering from asthma and other inflammatory issues that led to an auto-immune diagnosis. After getting tired of conventional treatment methods, she began exploring a more holistic approach. This search for a more natural way led her down the holistic path of healing through salt caves. After traveling to different salt caves, Warren and Kari decided it was time to open a salt cave in Los Angeles and share this healing approach with everyone.

Kari’s not just about salt caves though – she’s also about soaking in life’s joys, be it through traveling, cooking, or spending time with her three wonderful sons. So, come on in, experience the healing, and share a bit of Kari’s journey at Valley Salt Cave!
