All Salt Sessions, Yoga, and Events need to be paid for at the time of booking. In order to avoid no-shows, no exceptions will be made.
All appointments for Massages and Reiki require a credit card on file.
No Refunds or Exchanges.
Cancellations for Salt Sessions, Massages, Reiki, and Events are required 24 hours prior to the service or event. There will be a full charge for no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the service or event. Late cancellations or no-shows after the cut-off period shall result in:
(a) the loss of the session (for those clients with individual salt session packages)
(b) a charge of $20 to your account (for those clients with monthly memberships).
Valley Salt Cave’s goal with this policy is simply to allow more clients to take sessions during our peak hours.
